This site contains the imtellectual property on which my training and consultancy service offerings are based. At present, the information contained herein is made freely available. All I ask is that, when used, my ownership is acknowledged and my intellectual property legend is retained. I retain the right to withdraw the contents of this site without notice should I, for example, decide to charge for access or publish the material in book form.

This site was originally launched in January 2007 as e-change Training Limited's Resource Centre. e-change
Training Limited, however, has since ceased trading and waswound up in 2008.
The intellectual property has been transferred to its
author,
Dr Roger Elvin, who will contain to maintain and expand the site.
