Christina is an independent practitioner, working in the fields of stress management, psychotherapy, energy psychology and personal & management as well as self development and coaching. She also lectures part-time in several adult education establishments in Northamptonshire covering subjects ranging from Assertiveness to Stress-free Xmas, from Communication between Men and Women to Women’s Health Issues and from Absence Control to Workshop Planning.

She is a registered clinical hypnotherapist, a recognized BUPA provider for Stress Management and has many qualifications in complementary therapies as well as being a trainer and a City & Guilds Assessor. She is also a trainer of Meridian & Energy Therapies. Her work has public liability insurance cover up to £2,000,000.

On a voluntary front, Christina has an interest in education as has until recently been a School Governor to a Middle and an Upper school in Northampton, being Chair of the Curriculum Committee at the Upper school, and also Chair of a local playgroup. An interest in health enabled her to be a member of the Northamptonshire South Community Health Council and Chair of the Northampton Primary Care Trust Shadow Patient's Forum. She has been President of Soroptimist International - Northampton Branch, which is an international service organisation promoting the rights, health and welfare of women locally, regionally, nationally and internationally and she has also been President of Soroptimist International Midland East Region.
